The Role
As an Administrator you will be working within a busy department, you will be expected to support the Managing Director and the rest of the business team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of administrative systems, policies and procedures to enable the company to operate effectively and efficiently.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
* The collection and processing of timesheets and associated queries
* The administration and management holiday and absence registers
* The administration and management of quote registers
* Raising orders and invoices from project manager instructions
* Control and administration of stock and inventory items
* The administration and reconciliation of accounts
* The coordination and management of company and hire vehicles
* The management of issuing personal protective equipment (PPE) and records
* The control and administration of gas bottles
* The administration and management of delivery notes and waster transfer notes
* Attending meetings to record and collate minutes as required
* Assist with internal and external stakeholders as required
About You
To join us as an Administrator, you will need:
* Previous administration experience is essential
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* An ability to process and interpret information
* Team player but also able to use own initiative
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to be able to input, process and interpret data
* Ability to be able to work to targets and deadlines
* Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook
