Job title: One Front Door - Administrator
Location of work: OFD HUB
Directly responsible to: One Front Door Team Leader/IM Tier Deputy Manager
Directly responsible for: N/A
Hours of duty: Monday Sunday 9-5. Maybe required to work between 8 8
Primary purpose and scope of the job:
• Be responsible for the undertaking of administration tasks within OFD, so that the functions of the work area are progressed efficiently within agreed timescales and according to defined procedures.
• To complete all appropriate documentation for OFD
• To handle enquiries s into OFD
To work as part of a multi-functional One Front Door Team. To provide high quality customer focused service for a wide range of social care and health services.

Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Work flexibly across the opening hours and locations of the One Front Door.
2. Undertake specific tasks (as directed from time to time by the OFD Team
leaders/IMC Tier Service Manager) to ensure that the responsibilities of the
Directorate are discharged.
3. Process all new and prospective Carecall and Telecare service users and
maintain the diary for the Carecall Installers
4. To work as part of an integrated team providing administrative support duties
will include processing referrals, answering phones, typing reports and
correspondence, photocopying and filing.
5. To deal with all enquiries into the team from professionals, people and their
families in a professional and empathic manner.
6. To arrange meetings, safeguarding and other events, effectively and to a high
standard.
7. This post will include an element of dealing with highly confidential information
and using a high level of discretion.
8. Respond independently to correspondence and produce complex and
confidential reports, and statistical information to a high standard and produce
work to strict deadlines.
9. To prepare agendas and type up notes of meetings connected with the work
of the team/department or the job holder s own specified area of work so that
proper and accurate records are maintained, and follow-up action is taken and
monitored.
10. Implement, develop and maintain information systems to ensure delivery of a
high level of service and to ensure that financial systems are maintained, orders
processed and receipted, and budgetary information provided as required.
11. To accurately record and update data monitoring systems to make sure that
information is up to date.
12. To carry out all duties with due regard to confidentiality and data protection
regulations.
13. The post holder should be aware of the service responsibilities for safeguarding
and promoting the welfare of adults and/or children.
14. The post holder should use initiative to prioritise and organise their own
workload.
15. To undertake such additional duties as are reasonably commensurate with the
level of this post.
