Up to £25k DOE Tiverton Discretionary Bonus
A thriving professional services firm, based in Exeter and Tiverton, is seeking an Administrator to join their team. The role offers a great benefits package with a discretionary bonus and professional development.
The role would suit someone with great administration skills, looking to develop within a supportive and dynamic firm.
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm, You must be able to attend the Exeter or Tiverton Office 5 days a week.
The Administrator's responsibilities include: -
- Day-to-day administrative skills
- Assisting in client management
- Processing and preparing client documents
- Coordinating and scheduling client meetings and appointments
- Any additional ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
The Administrator's requirements include: -
- Previous experience in a similar role within financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and very organised
- An ability to hit the ground running with limited supervision
