We are currently recruiting for an Office Support/Administrative Assistant for our client, based in Hartlepool.
Exciting Opportunity: We’re thrilled to announce a new opening for an Office Support/Administrative Assistant to join our client team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to their award-winning company and be part of their continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with photocopying and scanning documents.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, redirecting inquiries as necessary.
- Assist in creating invoices and sending them to relevant contacts.
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Book Meetings.
- Ensure office supplies and stationery are adequately stocked.
Requirements:

- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Hours:
Monday – Thursday – 7am-4pm and Friday 7am – 11am
Pay:
£11.44 per hour
