Business Administrator

Salary: £23,000
We are working with a Leading Construction Main Contractor to find a successful and proactive Business Administrator to join their team in Hertford.
You will have experience of working as an administration or within a customer service role with good Microsoft Office and communication skills. You will be able to work both independently and part of a team with good organisational skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks, situations and manage multiple tasks. You will be professional with a pleasant demeanour and attitude with a willingness to take on tasks and help out wherever necessary.
Support Administrator Duties:
- Data input & maintenance of spreadsheets, Various Trackers both internal and External
- Job set up and preparation of site files
- Confidentially liaising with Customers, Clients and Third Parties, building lasting relationships
- Attending and preparing for, internal meetings, client meetings and progress meetings
- Job File maintenance and archiving and ensure records/paperwork are kept up to date and compliant
- Preparation of documents for handover, completions and certification
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Support the Contract Coordinator with work delegation completion and key 'pinch points'
- Job Allocation
- Purchasing and hiring of site materials & equipment
- Other general administration

- Good communication skills (Both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven, solid administration skills
- Organised and efficient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience of office working
- Positive work ethic
