Administrator (Birmingham)
Reed are actively working on behalf of a charity who are urgently seeking to appoint two Administrators for a 3-month temporary contract on a full-time basis!
This role involves the post holder managing a central database that processes case referrals. This opportunity requires attention to detail, good communication and engagement skills, the ability to work under pressure and work with colleagues within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support, ensuring that staff and service users are supported through efficient processes.
• Maintaining administer systems within specified timescales in order to prompt the achievement of team objectives.
• Prepare, maintain and collate case and other records, files and management information in accordance with the standards required.
• Receive and distribute information and communications in an appropriate manner.
• Attend meetings as and when necessary.
• Have strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.
