SF Recruitment are working with a fantastic business in Sutton in Ashfield. They are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Working Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4pm and 7:30am- 3pm on Fridays paying up to £25,000. The successful candidate will provide help to the engineering division with housekeeping of all training platforms, plus the monitoring of expiry dates, liaison with external training providers and internal resource planners, and the creation of excel reports. Duties will include:
- Booking travel requirements.
- Management of meeting room booking and facilitating meeting requirements as necessary.
- Filing, scanning and printing of site folders
- Data entry
- Answering the phone
- Greeting visitors.
- Responding to emails.
- Prepare and provide reports for Directors and external sources.
- General administration work to help support the team's ability to comply with H&S issues and general running of the department and provide an excellent administrative service to the whole Company.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Good communication skills
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to foster strong and collaborative working relationships at all levels
- Ability to process information accurately, quickly, and logically.
