Post: Administrator (part-time 21 hours per week)

Service: The Support Hub Service

Reports To: Justice Services Manager and funding partners

Base: Belfast

Contract: Funded to 31st October 2026

Salary: £23,088.00 per annum (pro-rata for part time). Salary under review.

Background to the Support Hub

The Support Hub provides support to individuals who have been in contact with the justice system. Support Hub is a collaborative service working along with Prison Arts Foundation and Community Sports Network.

The Support Hub is run in partnership between The Prison Arts Foundation, The Community Sports Network and Start360, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund

Main Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Carry out administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the service, to a high standard and within reasonable time limits;
• Assist Management in producing reports both internally and externally, to a high standard and within reasonable time limits;
• Manage referrals to the service from point of enquiry to allocation;
• Maintain data within the Client Information System and utilise databases within the service and to support data collection.;
• Support in the provision of administration induction for new hires within the service, and the use of the Client Information System in particular;
