Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator/PA initially on a temporary basis. This is a full time office based role in Inverness.
Duties include:
Provision of comprehensive administrative support within the team.
Assisting with PA support to the Director including meeting arrangements, travel and accommodation booking.
Diary management.
Screening and managing emails.
Liaising with the Director’s team of staff and external colleagues.
Arranging meetings, picking up actions on behalf of the Director, working pro-actively.
Minute taking at meetings.
Project administration work.
Daily use of MS Office.
Updating and maintaining accurate and confidential records.
Person specification
Previous experience in a similar administration, secretarial or PA role.
Experience of the NHS useful but not essential.
Ability to use initiative and work with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure whilst producing accurate work within short timescales.
Capable of working in a fast-paced and very busy environment, picking up new skills and systems quickly.
