***ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST***
Want to work for our leading, award winning clients based on the outskirts of Godalming. We are on the hunt for a professional and experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join a front of house team. You will be the first point of contact for all visiting clientele.
Salary £24-26K depending on experience
Key responsibilities for the Administrator/Receptionist include,
- Welcoming visitors on-site
- Dealing with incoming calls and enquires
- Discussing treatment options and booking client appointments using a cloud based CRM
- Taking credit card payments
- Accurately managing online orders
- Completed additional administrative tasks
The ideal Administrator/Receptionist will need,
- Previous experience within a similar customer facing role
- A good command of spoken/written English is essential
- Have confident computer skills, Word, Outlook, CRM
- Be highly organised and have a flexible approach to tasks
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle, free on-site parking
- Hours 8.45am-6pm (8.45am-7.30pm Thursdays)
- Flexibility to work 1 Saturday in 4 (8.30am-4.30pm)
Note this is a full-time position however part-time candidates will be considered
