My client, a well-established estate agent in Westerham is actively recruiting for a part-time Administrator/Sales Support to work with a team of lovely negotiators.
Your duties will include: -
- Answering the telephone and dealing with customer queries.
- Updating and maintaining the database.
- Booking and accompanying viewings and managing feedback.
- Admin support - creation of brochures, contracts, memorandums of sale, letters etc
- Assisting with any other area as required including, marketing initiatives and social media.
About you: -
- Professional.
- Well presented.
- Well spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- IT literate.
- Full driving licence and own car.
- Must be available to work Saturday’s.
4-day week, to include Saturdays
