SalaryOur Harrogate based client is looking to recruit a confident, professional relationship builder to join their team as an Admissions Officer.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong experience gained within a similar people focused role, you may work within Recruitment, Sales, Account Management or Business development. You will be used to working to targets but within a very "warm" consultative approach.
Your duties & responsibilities as the Admissions Officer will include the following:
- Liaising externally, with Parents, Pupils and International Agents across the globe, to tell them more about the culture and environment
- You will maintain and build on relationships with all external parties to maximise sales
- Organising visits and also additional external events and attending such events to promote and represent the business, such as recruitment and education events
- Having face to face and virtual meetings with clients to progress their communication face to face and discuss all elements
- Working with Marketing to add input to the overall Marketing plan both on a UK and International basis
- Managing all administration naturally associated with your role, working to meet specific deadlines
- Organising International Recruitment trips
What we are looking for:
- Experience working within Recruitment would be ideal or possibly sales, account management or something similar
- Excellent customer relationship skills, able to build relationships with ease and communicate at all levels
- Highly organised in your approach and able to work under pressure
- Excellent administration skills
- Proactive and confident working on your own initiative
- Strong data skills
