Job Description:

Are you a passionate social worker with experience in working with at-risk adolescents? We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join the Adolescent and Exploitation Team in Stockton on Tees.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of assessing and supporting young people at risk of exploitation, providing crucial interventions to safeguard their well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of adolescents at risk of exploitation, identifying needs, risks, and protective factors.
• Developing and implementing tailored care plans that address the specific needs and circumstances of each young person.
• Providing direct support and intervention to adolescents and their families, ensuring they have access to necessary services and resources.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with legal and professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Proven experience working with adolescents, particularly those at risk of exploitation or involved in safeguarding services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with young people and their families.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child protection and Exploitation.
