SalaryA Large Financial Services Client is looking for an Adoption Change Manager to join an End User Computing (EUC) programme.
This is a key role in leading activities to identify change impacts and implement resulting change implementation and adoption support and activities for projects and change activity.
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior members in the Infrastructure & Cloud End UserCompute Programme team and a range of stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our adoption of change is effective.
Essential skills
- Able to effectively drive the adoption of transformation initiatives, so the business gets the best from the new tools.
- Experience representing the End User throughout the programme journey
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience in Financial Services
- Great presentation & presentation skills
