MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with Translink for an exciting new permanent opportunity based in Belfast for an experienced Change Project Manager.
About the role
Responsible to the Change, Standards and Assurance Manager, the postholder will lead, manage and plan assurance processes for the Infrastructure Manager by ensuring compliance with current and future legislation, and the requirements of regulatory bodies. The postholder will apply a structured change management approach and be responsible for the continued management of change, in compliance with divisional change management procedures and the Common Safety Method for Risk Evaluation and Assessment (CSM-RA).
Essential Criteria
- Possess a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, such as Engineering, Project Management or Science related subject and demonstrate a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the successful management of major and complex projects in a regulated environment.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience of managing safety processes and risks in a multi-site environment/ complex organisation.
- Experience of successfully leading teams to deliver business change.
- Key Senior Stakeholder Management experience.
- Experience and knowledge of change/project management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Full current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
