Sellick Partnership are delighted to be supporting a local authority in Yorkshire with some permanent recruitment into their Adult Social Care legal team. We are looking for a qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in Adult Social Care law.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience to expand on their existing skillset in a friendly and established team. The successful candidate for the Adults Lawyer post will pick up a range of matters, including but not limited to:
- Advising on Adult Social Care safeguarding issues
- Advising on the Mental Health and Mental Capacity Act
- Dealing with Court of Protection matters
- Deprivation of Liberty cases
- Ordinary Residence cases
- Liaising with client departments
