House Manager

• Managing small functions for up to 12 people
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Working within a budget
• Liaising between customers and our culinary service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety and Food Safety standards to ensure compliance 

Our ideal Front of House Manager will:

• Be trustworthy and discreet
• Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Some knowledge of the military would be an advantage
• Have an eye for detail
• Being pro active and able to lead by example
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
