• Conduct Initial Mental Health Assessments and develop Support Plans
• General Case Management and needs assessments

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Social Worker with 2+ years of experience in adult Mental Health (required)
• SWE registration (required)
• Professional qualification in Social Work (required)
