We are looking for a new customer service advisor to start a full-time role with a busy used car supermarket in the Hinckley area.
This is a busy, office-based role working 10am - 6pm Mon - Fri and a role that requires you to speak to customers who might have issues with a vehicle they have purchased. You would need to understand their issue, follow a process, liase with internal departments to work out the best strategy and keep the customer always updated.
It's a busy, fast paced role where you are challenged, kept on your toes and its certainly NOT boring.
The office is buoyant, loud, fun and very lively so we are looking for someone who can flourish within that culture.
To be considered - you NEED to have the following:
- Experience working within a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- A process driven mindset.
- Superb empathy skills and someone who have understand an issue from a customer's point of view and come up with a solution.
- Strong organisational skills.
