We require a Sales Process Specialist to join the team at our site in Warringtonon a hybrid basis. Working closely with the Aftermarket specialists in the back office, along with liaising with customers and the external Account Managers and customers. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely quotations for customers, to manage incoming sales enquiries and produce proposals to meet the requirements of the customer. You will also open and load new quotations into SAP and Waterquote including MDG, Amber Road and CRM system.
Key responsibilities:
• Answering the telephone as first line response for EWT Aftermarket
• Raise standard product and aftermarket quotations within SAP and water quote
• Following up of Aftermarket quotations
• Developing aftermarket business liaising with sector managers and the service department
• Working closely with operations and the purchasing department to ensure lead-times, stock and technical issues are managed efficiently
• Management of customer bonded stock
• Maintain and administer aftermarket customer price lists
• Issue UV Sensor expiry notices to customers along with quotations for replacements.
• Data input and maintenance of UV Sensor log and the UV Systems log
• Sending of Annual Service reminders to customers
• Answering the telephone for EWT and monitoring the UK Standard Product and Aftermarket inbox to deal with related enquiries
• To assist in developing the UV aftermarket business
• To ensure that all company procedures are followed throughout the bidding process
• Contribute to the monthly sales forecast
• Gathering the required information for new customer account creation as & when required. Using the online tools Amber Road, MDG and CRM
• Liaising closely with the order entry department
• Day to day administration of the Aftermarket Department
