Customer Service Coordinator
Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield.

Duties:
• Communicating with customers to clarify requirements, advising on pricing, lead times and delivery dates.
• Sales order processing and the raising of purchase orders.
• Respond to telephone enquiries/correspondence from customers in a professional manner.
• To ensure service offers are articulated correctly and premiums applied.
• Ensure customer complaints are actioned within ISO specified timescales.
• Increase sales advising customers of products to complement/support the ones ordered.
• Assist with CRM data input as and when required.
• Manage quotations in line with ISO procedures and timescales to a professional standard.
• Ensure timely follow up of quotations.
• Work with and support external sales functions.
• Liaise with technical support to ensure our quotations meet customer’s requirements.
• Maintaining a clean order book.
• Achieve customer deliveries in line with our published service offers and agreements.
• Follow internal sales operations ISO procedures.
• Process all orders to ensure they are clean and accurate when processed.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a similar customer engaging role preferably within a
manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages especially Excel.
• Proven experience of dealing with key customers in a professional manner.
• Excellent communication and solution orientated problem-solving ability
