Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Allianz Commercial Regulatory Standards Team where you will gain in-depth experience of our agency management function and develop your regulatory and broker market knowledge, working with many areas of the business.

This role will give you great insight in to our business, a wide network of new contacts and stakeholders.

This hybrid role is based in a fast paced team and offers opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge, we work alongside the rest of the Regulatory Standards team to understand regulatory changes and the impact this has on us and our broker activities.

You will be involved in ensuring that relationships with our broker partners remain in line with regulation as well as our risk appetite and ensuring we are always providing good customer outcomes. This will range from investigating new broker applications, obtaining sign off from senior stakeholders and dealing promptly and decisively with situations in which we identify a risk. We are the key point of contact for the business and you will be helping them to achieve their goals within the parameters of regulation.

About You
To succeed in this role you will:
  • Have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Have close attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
  • Communicate confidently and effectively via phone, email, Teams and Webex
  • Have good experience with MS Office, including excel, word and outlook
  • Have an ability to gather and review information from different sources and articulate your findings

It is also preferred, but not essential to have:
  • Previous experience within the insurance industry or similar
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
