As a key member of our team, you will:

We seek for candidates who can:

• Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for innovation and finance, underscored by impeccable attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to follow-through
• Demonstrate a strong record of research quality in AI, with good exposure to, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, knowledge engineering, ethics and fairness in AI, and applied research (multimedia, biomedical informatics, etc)
• Display exceptional analytical and numerical prowess, effortlessly navigating financial data with advanced Excel skills (or similar) and proficiency in financial modelling
• Thrive in a high-pressure, fast-evolving setting, where clarity of thought and composure under stress are paramount
• Contribute to exploring the evolution of cutting-edge strategies and ongoing projects through active participation in research and development efforts
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, communicating complex ideas with clarity and brevity while fostering a cohesive team environment

• Demonstrate a track record of academic excellence, ideally holding or pursuing a Master's or PhD degree in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, sciences, electrical engineering, financial engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• Possess an insatiable intellectual curiosity, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and a profound passion for financial markets
• Display robust quantitative, numerical, and analytical abilities
• Display strong interest in AI. Be creative, use AI tools to quickly upskill and understand a variety of financial concepts and topics.
• Familiarity with or an interest in biochemistry can be advantageous.
