My client is looking for an Analyst to work within an Asset ManagementAlternatives Private Execution and Loans Closing team to support the various business lines within the Alternative Asset Management Business.

This is an exceptionally diverse role that entails collaboration with global Deal teams, Strategists, Controllers, Legal, Technologists, Risk, Credit, Tax, Compliance & cross Operational groups to facilitate a business that is multi-asset, dynamic and bespoke. Asset classes supported including Public & Private Securities, Loans, Loan Closing and bespoke structures for issuers which span industry sectors.

The successful individual will be expected to work in a team of Execution and Closing professionals and exhibit commercial thinking, strong attention to detail, creativity, whilst ensuring the highest level of risk management.

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and Asset Management capabilities to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched, or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that makes business flow.

Asset Management Alternatives Execution & Loans Closing team members are subject matter experts within Operations who play a critical role in supporting bespoke and varied transactions. New products/business, entity creation, infrastructure enhancements and cross-regional co-ordination are core activities of the role.

Responsibilities:

Leverage your skills to support the closing & settlement of time-sensitive complex transactions across Alternatives asset classes including loans, private equity, bonds and FX transactions.

Gain an in depth & comprehensive understanding of a wide range of products & bespoke transactions

Leverage your skills to propose operational solutions

Interact with senior stakeholders and drive priorities

Skills:

Loan Closing experience is a must

Candidate must be comfortable in a high pressure environment

Confident in their verbal and written communication, especially with senior audience

Strong problem solving and presentation skills

High attention to detail Innate curiosity and drive

Able to work well in a team environment - across teams and regions

Prior knowledge of Loans, Equities, Bonds and Derivatives preferred

Please note this role is inside IR35/Umbrella and you will be expected in the London office 5 days per week.

£250 - £425 per day (Umbrella), dependant on experience.
