And joining the business as a Data Analytics Manager, you will be one of the people that inspire ideas and strategies to drive business forward and make better products for it's customers.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Generating insights from data and using it to drive decision making
Modelling the impact of potential and recently launched features and products on customer satisfaction and financial outcomes
Defining and delivering savings MI, metrics and measures
Presenting complex MI and pulling out key insights to Savings team and senior leadership
Using data to support commercial decision making
Build deep understanding of what drives the savings market
Looking at key growth initiatives and key metrics
YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong SQL and data visualisation experience
Proven track-record in extracting data, draw insight and driving decision making
Strong academic background in Mathematics + STEM degree
Good expertise in stakeholder management
Financial Services expertise is desirable
