Animal Care Assistant
West Bar is a busy Independent mixed Veterinary Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire and they are looking for a happy, caring and self-motivated Animal Care Assistant who will complement their existing enthusiastic and hardworking team.
We are currently looking to recruit a Full-Time Animal Care Assistant to assist our established nursing team.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- General Laundry duties
- Cleaning and packing of surgical instruments and equipment
- General cleaning and re-stocking of all animal and clinical areas
The successful candidate must have the ability to adhere to strict procedures and protocols which are essential to ensure the welfare of the animals in our care. They must be hardworking, adaptable, and a team player with a strong sense of attention to detail and a love of animals is a must!
Shifts on a rota basis between the hours of 8am & 6.30pm.
What do you need?
- Previous experience ideal but full training will be given to the right candidate.
