Working within the UKI AFC Regional Management Information (MI) & Reporting Team, you will play a key regional role in managing critical processes to keep management informed by creating and editing reports. You will be instrumental with engaging stakeholders across the AFC functions and business lines and to ensure reporting on key Financial Crime risks.

Your key responsibilities
  • Preparation of MI and reports that are accurate, concise, timely and provide value add to the AFC UKI Regional Head and Management team
  • Accountable for annual submissions to the Financial Crime Authority (FCA), monthly UKI reports to the regional UKI AFC Head and management, and UKI Business Line AFC. Contribution to global annual, quarterly, monthly, and bi-weekly reports
  • Manage relationships and influence key stakeholders with regular meetings on reports to ensure relevant information is reported
  • Aid ad-hoc requests in remedial activities for Audit findings and requests as well as regional monitor interaction and manage specific reporting actions in findings
  • Drive efficiency and data improvements of our reports
Your skills and experience
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including Excel skills where required
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workflow
  • Exceptional collaboration, interpersonal and teamwork skills, including ability to work independently
  • Sufficient understanding of AFC concepts in the Banking industry
  • Experience with remedial activities for audit actions
