Role Summary
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be joining the Merchants experience team, bridging the gap between the Merchants and the Technology team.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and shaping of the merchant care function.
- Support key customers, bridging the gap between the customers and the technology.
- Investigate and resolve issues raised to the team.
- Develop tools to automate support tasks and continuously improve support processes.
Experience required
- Fluency in French, preferably to a native or full bilingual level.
- High level of motivation and passion, with a curious and problem-solving nature.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, ambitious, and small team.
- Experience working with APIs and logs management tools such as HTTP APIs, Restful APIs, and Postman.
- 2-3 years of experience within a product-focused technical support role.
