£35K - £45K plus the following where applicable: LWA or Home working allowance up to £500 per annum

A leading charity are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join their technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your broad technical expertise to ensure continuous availability and optimisation of our diverse application portfolio.
In this hands-on role, you will:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for business-critical applications, managing incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.
- Lead root cause analysis and drive resolutions, liaising with vendors and internal teams.
- Take point on application projects, guiding build, deployment, transition, and adoption.
- Administer our cloud and on-prem environments, leveraging automation and monitoring.
Seeking an energetic self-starter with strong technical breadth, great communication abilities, and a passion for providing excellent service.
