We are currently seeking an ICT Application Support Team Lead to join their dynamic team based in Hoddesdon. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our business applications, ensuring they meet the required service levels and contribute to the ongoing success of our partner's operations.
As a key member of the team, you will report to a Senior Manager and be responsible for providing business-critical support for applications across our partner's various businesses. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, flexible, and dedicated to delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading application portfolio development/support.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, or equivalent practical experience/professional certification.
- Experience within the construction industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency with ERPs and Microsoft-based technologies is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central application is a plus.
- Experience with third-party systems integration is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
