The Role

As an Application Lead (C#, .Net, AWS), you will focus on the day-to-day details, managing, improving, and scaling the application as the business grows. The role involves 75% hands-on development and 25% team mentoring and upskilling, including conducting code reviews, ensuring the Application Team aligns with the roadmap, and driving the technical direction by recommending developer tooling improvements.

In addition to new projects, you will maintain and enhance the existing software application portfolio, ensuring a high-quality experience for thousands of users. The platform is developed in C# .Net and built on AWS. Working with the latest technologies on essential projects, this role suits a technically proficient, driven, and ambitious Senior/Lead Software Developer.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Senior or Lead Developer
• Proficiency in developing web and enterprise applications in C# .Net
• SQL Server (preferably Entity Framework or Dapper)
• AWS services
• Microservices
• Additional Beneficial Experience:
• React
• Experience in financial services
• Kubernetes, Docker
