Appointment Officer

Appointments Officer Immediately required for a 6 month post based in the Ulster Hospital Dundonald

This role will primarily involve the management and bookings of hospital appointments across 3 Hospitals located in Bangor, Newtownards and Dundonald. You will be dealing with a high volume of inbound calls with outpatients; therefore, a high level of organisation and communication is essential.

This position requires you to have 6 months relevant Administration experience using Microsoft packages.

The pay rate for this position is £11.67 per hour on a full-time basis for 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
