We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our ever expanding sales team. Read on to find out what we are looking for and what you will get in return.....

We need someone who can....

  • Boost business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Engage effectively both face-to-face and virtually to expand our client base and enhance revenue streams
  • Oversee the full sales process, from generating leads to maintaining client satisfaction at every stage
  • Drive sales of our industry-leading Leadership & Management Apprenticeships to clients across diverse sectors and industries
  • Showcase our unique development programmes promoting how they align with our client’s requirements and objectives
  • Collaborate closely with our operations team to guarantee client satisfaction and secure opportunities for repeat business

For this role you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the apprenticeship sector
  • A consultative and solution-focused approach to sales
  • A great network of contacts across linkedin and other sources
  • The ability to work alone but also be a keen team player

In return you will get:

  • A competitive base salary of up to £40,000 with realistic, unlimited bonus earning capability OTE £60,000-£70,000 +
