About The Role
This role has a varied remit including managing and monitoring van sales area and personnel, dealing with our valued customers to ensure targets are achieved while maintaining excellent customer service standards. The Area Manager requires a blend of administrative, organisational and leadership skills. They will have general business knowledge and experience of the van sales market within Northern Ireland.
The successful applicant must have the ability to motivate staff to succeed, set realistic goals and identify target areas for growth and be able to analyse data and present findings. Must be confidential and highly motivated and have the ability to prioritise tasks.
Required Criteria
- Do you have extensive business and sales acumen?
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Accounting and arithmetic skills.
- Management and leadership experience.
- Previous van sales/Area Manager experience.
- Strong level of written and spoken communication.
- Flexible approach to work
- A proven track record of sales success.
- A full UK drivers licence
