Role Responsibility
Kent County Council is looking for a proactive and organized Area Technical Services Assistant to support our Hard FM Team within the Deputy Chief Executive Department. If you excel in administration and have a keen interest in facilities management, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Budget Monitoring: Support the monitoring of the Hard FM operational variable budget, maintaining records and assisting with work prioritization.
• Purchase Orders: Raise purchase orders for approved Hard FM quotes promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supplier Meetings: Administer supplier meetings, taking minutes and actions as required.
• Contract Documentation: Prepare and store contract documentation, ensuring monthly performance data is reviewed.
• Project Completion: Ensure applicable handover documents are received and appropriately stored on KCC systems.
• Statutory Compliance: Raise awareness of statutory compliance activities and responsibilities.
• Customer Service: Deliver a customer-centric approach, ensuring excellent service in all interactions.
• Innovation: Continuously seek ways to improve current practices and foster an environment for innovation.
