Position: Art Technician
Responsibilities: As an Art Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the arts department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and organizing art supplies, equipment, and resources.
- Setting up and preparing materials for art lessons and projects.
- Assisting art teachers in the maintenance of a clean and organized studio space.
- Collaborating with the arts department to facilitate the smooth running of art events and exhibitions.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the art studio.
Requirements:
- A passion for the arts and a genuine interest in supporting students' creative development.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
