Your new role
As the Assembly Manager, you'll be at the heart of company operations. You will oversee assembly, manage weekly production, forecasting production and implement operational procedures. You'll lead a skilled team, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing materials, machine maintenance, and developing facilities on the site.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing an assembly team within a busy manufacturing environment. You should have a qualification in an engineering related discipline, with strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages.
