SalaryThorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for an experienced Team Leader to work for an established POS/POP manufacturer based in Leicester
This position is a straight permanent position
The Job:
- Working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday
- Salary is £13ph but will increase upon completion of probation
- You will play an active role on the shop floor with the Assembly Team
- Helping to support and lead your team to ensure outputs and target are achieved
- Ensuring that jobs are carried out as expected and within the timeframes expected
- Ensuring that all relevant paperwork is up to date
- 28 days holiday per year plus Christmas shut-down and a day off on your birthday
About You:
- Previous experience within the POS industry is desirable
- Previous Team Leader experience is required
- Good attention to detail
- Good time management
- Able to demonstrate a problem solving mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible as overtime will be available and occasionally shifts required based on projects
- Carry out other duties as required
