Asset Compliance Manager

Venn Group have been approached by a leading Housing Association in Greater Manchester to recruit for an Asset Compliance Manager on a temporary basis for 6 months with the possibility for extension.

As a successful candidate you will have experience working in a similar role , preferabily within social housing.

The role will consist of the following duties:

- Line Manager duties for 3 direct reports

- Ensure all necessary compliance information and databases are maintained

- Work with internal teams including repairs, investment and development to deliver efficient outcomes

- Liaise with external contractors and review performance

It is essential the successful candidate has experience of working within a similar role.
