Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Quality and Compliance Manager who has knowledge of leading Ofsted inspections and audit/compliance within a wider adult learning team.
You will be skilled in managing the entire audit process and have previous knowledge of Education Inspection Framework, IPS Fidelity review and ISO9001. You will be skilled in all aspects of audit and Compliance across multiple contracts and you will work with operational teams to develop a comprehensive, quality approach to the services delivered by each team.
You will be skilled in managing risk and be able to create quality improvement objectives and schedules across all services. You will be able to write reports on Quality and Compliance and present to senior managers and stakeholders. You will act as a single point of contact for all reviews/inspections and you will hold a teaching qualification e.g. Cert Ed, DTTLS, Level 4, hold IV/EV qualification and a certificate in ISO9001
