More about your role
As Asset Engagement Lead, you will support the delivery of value for money, customer focused services across all our asset investment activities. You will coordinate the delivery of all internal and external stakeholder engagement linked to our investment and maintenance activities.
You will support the development and implementation of the procurement and Asset strategies for the maintenance and investment programmes in accordance with the contract and Group requirements.
As a key member of the team, you will play a lead role in the transformation of your service, supporting system and data transformation as well as contributing to process and policy improvements that maximise impact on quality service delivery.
This role is subject to a satisfactory Basic DBS check. Driving license is preferred
We are looking for applicants who can cover our South West Region

More About you
To be successful in this role you will strong project, programme, contract and change management skills. You will have previous experience of effectively managing customer relationships and will have experience of developing policies and procedures in a complex organisation
You will be proactive, and will take an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving, ensuring you always keep the customer at the heart of everything you do. You will be able to analyse complex problems and present solutions to a variety of audiences.
