About the Role:
The Counterparty Manager Engagement Lead will lead a team of Engagement Specialists to provide proactive support to our top-tier customers and identify opportunities to expand utilization of the Counterparty Manager product suite through an intimate understanding of a clients day-to-day processes.
The Team:
The Counterparty Manager Engagement team is primarily focused on leading engagement across the Counterparty Manager product suite which includes the market leading solution set comprised of: ISDA Amend, Outreach360, Onboarding Accelerator, Request for Amendment, and Certificate Compliance.
Responsibilities and Impact:
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback via informal discussions as well as quarterly and annual review process
  • Works with direct manager and leadership team to maintain proactive management of client escalations, issues and other items that require special handling
  • Increase adoption of Counterparty Manager suite of products amongst client base through intimate understanding of day-to-day processes by conducting regular meetings
  • Coordinate with internal business functions to share client sentiment and identify upsell opportunities
  • Work closely with peers and commercial partners to ensure consistent processes and procedures are being followed
  • Ability to use various applications and tools to support the client services process, including reporting, analyzing and tracking metrics

  • Experience in client onboarding and client lifecycle management.
  • Have the credibility and capability to work across all levels within an organization to drive adoption.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent client service ethos and be able to communicate effectively with priority clients.
  • Comfortable working in team environments and interacting with all levels of business.
  • Detail-oriented and a thorough problem-solver.
