Are you an experienced Asset Manager who is looking for the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of Power Generation assets?

This company is one of the UKs leading waste management companies who produce energy in their AD and Composting facilities, they also have a variety of renewable energy assets in their portfolio. They have been going from strength to strength since their establishment over 20 years ago and are now looking for a new Asset Manager to join the team, make the position their own and progress into a senior management role.
Within this role you will oversee a varied portfolio of assets which are based across the Midlands predominantly, you will take responsibility for ensuring your portfolio is running at optimum capacity by looking at things with an analytical mindset, identifying root causes for breakdowns and ensuring service contracts are executed efficiently. This role will combine technical and commercial asset management responsibilities and the company are in a position to train on skill gaps.
The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of large plant mechanics, gas engines and other Power Generation equipment. You will need to have an analytical mindset and be comfortable managing contractors, you will also need to be comfortable working on site 4 days per week.

The Role:
*Asset Manager (Power Generation)
*Working initially on gas turbine Power Generation
*Responsibility for performance of whole asset
*Root cause analysis and service performance
*4 days per week on site, 1 day per week at home
The Person:
*Previous Asset Manager or data analysis experience
*Good understanding of gas turbines and mechanical plant equipment
*Experience with National Grid or Power Generation assets
*Any H&S qualifications would be advantageous
