Job Title:Assets Operations Manager 
Contract Type: Permanent 
Salary: £52,250 (£57,750 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 
Location: Irvine, North Ayrshire / Hybrid.

The difference you will make as Assets Operations Manager
You will provide leadership and support to the Asset Team in the delivery of a high-quality Capital investment, Compliance and Responsive and Void repairs services on behalf of Riverside Scotland. You will also be responsible for operational direction to ensure high levels of customer service and value for money.
