Assistant Account Manager

We are on the search for an organised and efficient Assistant Account Manager to join us on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Client Accounts, Enforcement and Debt Recovery, you will be a key contact for staff/client queries as well as tracking and recording information appropriately.
What you will be doing:
- Providing administrative support to the client account management team
- General administration and upkeep of the client account management system
- Generating data/reports to send to clients on weekly/monthly basis
- Attending client meetings in a support capacity as well as networking events
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge/experience in Enforcement and/or Recovery preferable but not essential
- High level of self-motivation
- Ability to work as part of a team
