Form of workA Financial Services company in Milton Keynes are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their team.
This is a broad role, where your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responsibility for Accounts Payable including Expenses and Credit Cards
- Responsibility for Accounts Receivable including Billing
- Direct Debit set-up and collections on a monthly basis
- Credit Control including the preparation of Cash Flows
- Managing and controlling the reconciliation process of multiple Bank Accounts
- Managing and controlling the reconciliation process of Intra-Company transactions
- Ownership of key Balance Sheet reconciliations including updating Fixed Assets
- Assisting with the monthly preparation of the Management Accounts including ownership of Accruals, Prepayments and Depreciation
- Manage regular and ad-hoc internal and external reporting
- Assist with the annual Year-End Audit and Statutory Reporting process
- Take ownership for resolving Finance queries and disputes
