Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager as an Assistant Accountant you will be involved in various accounting tasks, contributing to the smooth financial operations of the company;
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transaction
- Reconciling bank statements and account
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and budget
- Posting daily receipt
- Provide KPI information in relation to the customer's ledger
- Managing customer credit limits by company policy
- Managing on a day to day basis the invoice discount facility, and monthly reconciliation
- Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and project
Profile
The successful Applicant will have:
- Qualified AAT or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or relevant accounting experience
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel such as Vlookups or Pivot tables
