Your duties as the Assistant Accountant will include:-
- Calculate quarterly intercompany recharges, billing for royalty/license fees and monthly intercompany accruals.
- Reconcile intercompany loans between the Group Treasury System and SAP.
- Prepare management accounts for two companies.
- Monthly reporting of results for two companies to the Group.
- Process monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts with external parties in a timely manner.
- Complete budget and forecast templates.
- Process general ledger accounting journals in SAP and the Group Treasury System.
- Complete national statistics returns.
- Ensure internal and external customer queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and tax packs.
The successful Assistant Accountant will be:-
- Experienced in a similar role
- Studying towards ACCA
- Technically strong on excel
