Form of workI am exclusively working with a global manufacturing company who is looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for their next step up in finance or looking to join a well-known, supportive company. You will have experience working within an accounting environment as well as have excellent communication and written skills. Must be a team player and have the ability to take initiative when needed. The ideal candidate will be working towards their ACCA/CIMA or part qualified. Responsibilities
- Perform accounting activities and support the analysis of financial data
- Track budgets with finance systems and reports variances
- Monthly reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Monthly balance sheet production
- Bank reconciliation
- Develop and maintain financial control
- Assist with month end processes
