Our client is a well-established Financial Services firm based in London. The role is a great opportunity for a PQ Accountant who is looking to progress and grow within a supportive and stable business.
Description
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes
- Participate in financial analysis and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks
- Assist in the development of internal control policies
- Collaborate with the accounting team to implement financial projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department
- Support on both the Sales and Purchase Ledger
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in financial software applications inclusive of Sage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Will be actively studying towards their ACCA or CIMA Qualification
Job Offer
- An hourly rate of between £18.00 - £22.00
